Cottonwood Valley Bank & COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) threat and taking precautions to ensure our customers and employees remain safe as possible. 


Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020 our Florence and Lincolnville locations will limit public access to their lobbies to keep our employees and their families healthy.

Please feel free to call the bank, as we will still be answering the phone, or send an email, and if an in-person visit is absolutely necessary, give us a call to set up an appointment.

ATMs & Depository Drop Boxes available at these locations should you need to leave something.

Our Cottonwood Falls location continues to operate as drive-up only  effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

Loan customers are encouraged to consult their lender via phone or email. In-person meeting options with lenders will be available at bank locations by appointment.

These are challenging circumstances, though we've made it easier than ever to manage your account digitally. We encourage you to access your account from anywhere using our online banking service to view transactions, check balances, make payments, transfer funds, and more.   In addition, you may use any of our four ATMs for cash withdrawals as well.
